This is how to build a hangi . The first step is to get off your bum and dig. The second step is get meat, stuffing and last but not least the veggies. The third step is to get a hole lot of wood and stack it on top of the dirt hole. Don't forget the volcanic rocks. Put them on top of the wood stack. Now get a lighter and burn the wood. Wait until the wood stops burning. Get a shovel and now you get all the ashes out of the hole but be careful and try not get any volcanic rocks out of the hole. The last step until you get a nice hangi is to get 3 metal baskets and put some meat in one of the basket and put the stuffing in a other basket now put the veggies in the last basket. Now you put it in the very hot dirt hole. Get some rags and put them on top of the Kai.
Now get a shovel and put the dig up dirt On top of the food. Wait for two hours of calmness. Now dig up your hangi And put it somewhere. Then you eat your hangi yummy yummy ymm.
